Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.

 

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: We take 1 - 2 business days as handling time before shipping the products and then we ship them between Monday - Friday, not including public holidays.

 

Q: How do I change my address?

A: We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@gtocase.com

 

Q: I need to cancel my order?

A:If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

 

Q: How can I track my package?

A:After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. 

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards through our merchant service provider Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.This also includes paypal payments



Q: How much is the shipping charge?
