Shipping Options
We currently offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 6–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping ($9.90): Arrives 2–3 days faster than standard

 

Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx, among others.

 

Order Cutoff Time
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on business days to be processed on the same day.

The amount charged at checkout is the total order cost. No additional taxes or fees will be added.

 

Order Cancellation and Address Changes
To cancel an order or request an address change, please contact our support team at support@gtocase.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Delays
Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections. Such delays are exempt from the estimated delivery timeframe.

 

Customs Duties
Any customs duties or taxes incurred due to package inspections must be borne by the customer.
